**Position Summary**

* **Cleaning and facility maintenance:** Indirectly oversee store organization and presentation standards.

**Education and Experience**
* Completed undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields).
* Solid experience in automotive sales, preferably with team leadership responsibilities.
* Familiarity with automotive sales systems (**Auto Certo** is a plus).
* Strong negotiation skills, ability to manage KPIs, and expertise in sales expansion strategies.
