As an HR Intern, you will support: * Assisting clients by responding to inquiries and providing updates on the status of selection processes. * Supporting job posting across various channels, including publishing advertisements on websites, social media, and other digital platforms. * Assisting with resume screening and preliminary candidate selection by reviewing resumes and identifying those who meet the job requirements. * Participating in organizing and scheduling interviews, coordinating dates and times between candidates and managers. * Assisting with updating the candidate database and generating candidate reports, maintaining accurate records through HR management systems and spreadsheets. * Contacting candidates who have successfully passed selection processes, informing them and sharing guidance regarding next steps for onboarding. * Providing administrative support to the department. Internship Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break Requirements: * Student currently enrolled in the 2nd semester of Human Resources Management or Psychology. * Student attending night classes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, information systems, and WhatsApp Web. * Residence near Carapicuíba / SP. * Strong communication skills. * Interest in working in a dynamic environment. * Strong eagerness to learn.
