Support to managers in performance evaluations A cosmetics manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Human Resources Analyst in downtown Osasco. **Responsibilities:** Generalist practice across HR subsystems, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, and training and development. Manage and monitor HR administrative routines, such as electronic timekeeping and hiring/termination processes. Administer employee benefits and provide direct support to employees for inquiries and requests. Implement and review internal policies to ensure compliance and organizational best practices. Support internal communication initiatives and organizational climate management. Assist managers in conducting performance evaluations and developing individual development plans. Previous experience as an HR Specialist, Human Development Analyst, HR Consultant, or HR Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
