Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for patient diagnosis and treatment Job Description: We are seeking a Biomedical Scientist to join our team and contribute expertise and knowledge to the healthcare field. Responsibilities: * Supervise employees, providing guidance and answering questions; * Act as a liaison between HR and employees; * Assist in employee management, hiring, and related tasks; * Perform/supervise registration, tests, and UBS/ESF activities; * Conduct clinical analyses and laboratory research. * Act as a liaison between management and UBS/ESF coordinators. * Interpret laboratory test results and issue technical reports. * Stay updated on new technologies and procedures in the field. * Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for patient diagnosis and treatment. Requirements: * Degree in Biomedical Sciences. * Active registration with the professional regulatory council. * Prior experience in clinical analyses and laboratory research. * Knowledge of test interpretation and technical report writing. * Ability to work effectively in a team and strong communication skills.
