So come get “aluminized” with us! **\#VemserCBA** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform operational activities at the refinery, including minor corrective maintenance; * Carry out lifting and movement of loads using overhead cranes; * Operate area equipment, ensuring achievement of targets and compliance with technical procedures for quality and safety; * Monitor and control process variables according to established parameters; * Inspect equipment to identify necessary repairs or non\-conformities; * Perform valve and pump maneuvers; * Conduct minor corrective maintenance using appropriate tools; * Lubricate equipment to ensure proper operation; * Operate and maintain equipment in the assigned work area; * Record incidents and exchange information during shift handovers; * Clean tanks, pipelines, and the work area. **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY:** * Completed elementary education. **PREFERRED:** * Experience using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Knowledge of 5S tools (organization and cleanliness) and industrial safety practices. **Additional Information:** * Work schedule: 6x2 rotating shift with fixed hours; shifts defined according to area scheduling; * Work location: Aluminum Unit – SP. **Additional Information** At CBA, our focus on people is real—so we strive to support our employees at every stage!
