So come get “aluminized” with us! **\#VemserCBA** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate machines, overhead cranes, and forklifts following established operational procedures; * Monitor and control production process parameters; * Track operational indicators and proactively act to meet targets; * Perform autonomous equipment maintenance; * Apply best practices for safety, organization, and cleanliness in the workplace. **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY:** * Completed high school education. **PREFERRED:** * Experience using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Knowledge of 5S tools (organization and cleanliness) and industrial safety practices. **Additional Information:** * Work schedule: 6x2 rotating shift system with fixed hours; shifts defined according to area scheduling; * Work location: Aluminum Unit – SP. **Additional Information** At CBA, our focus on people is real—so we strive to support our employees at every stage!
