




Job Summary: We are seeking a Hotel Messenger to serve as the first point of contact for guests, managing their accommodations and ensuring a pleasant and memorable stay through friendly teamwork. Teamwork and friendly environment * We seek a Hotel Messenger to act as the first point of contact with our guests and manage all aspects of their accommodations. Specifically, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests. In addition, you will engage in teamwork, handling all daily situations in a friendly manner. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Escort guests to their apartments and inform them about apartment amenities * Escort guests to the elevator * Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out * Review Service Orders (SO) for events scheduled for the day * Ensure the lobby and external area (main entrance) are clean and organized * Ensure all loan items and amenities are restocked * Store sealed and labeled luggage in the baggage room, issuing guests a ticket receipt * Read and keep the front desk and baggage room logbooks up to date * Maintain an organized and clean baggage room, ensuring all guest, resident, and client items are labeled and sealed * Deliver packages/mail to guests, residents, and departments * Greet guests, residents, and clients courteously and direct them to areas of interest * Support other departments as needed (e.g., verify minibar consumption during check-out / events) * Support the front desk with telephone reception * Forward guest and resident requests to the responsible department * Occasionally support other operational areas of the property **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in this role **Additional Information** * Medical plan * Dental plan * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance and food allowance * Life insurance We are a **hospitality services and solutions provider** for over 170 properties across Brazil, from north to south, caring for those who trust us through **unique experiences**, always in a **responsible** manner toward the environment, our team, and the communities where we operate. **Together with you**, and a plural, diverse team where everyone feels welcomed and comfortable being their authentic selves, we aim to become Brazil’s best hospitality operator — the one guests, investors, partners, and talents want to be associated with. **Shall we do this together?
