You will be part of a team dedicated to providing efficient support for our users' learning process. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in organizing, preserving, and storing books, periodicals, and other collection materials. * Manage material check-in and check-out procedures according to internal guidelines. * Serve users, provide guidance, and perform registrations. * Support general library operations, helping maintain an organized and functional space. * Provide basic support for using physical and digital collections. **Desired Experience:** * At least **1 year of experience** in user service, administrative routines, archives, libraries, or related fields. * Experience in document organization, public service, or material control is a plus. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Basic knowledge of **Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel). * Proficiency in **internet navigation** and computerized systems. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. * Aptitude for public service. * Availability to work from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and one Saturday per month.
