Job Summary: The professional will perform visual and dimensional inspections, sample collection, organization of the testing area, completion of control records, issuance of Non-Conformance Reports (RPNC), and provide support to the Quality Inspector. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in visual inspections and dimensional testing. 2. Responsible for sample collection and organization of the testing area. 3. Involved in identifying non-conformities and supporting quality assurance. Experience with visual inspections of manufactured products, dimensional testing using templates and basic measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, tape measures, etc.), sample collection according to a pre\-established sampling plan in production and/or warehouse, transporting samples to the laboratory for testing, basic organization and cleaning of the laboratory’s testing and assay areas and measuring instruments, clear and legible completion of control spreadsheets and PAL, issuance of RPNC, reporting non-conformities, segregating and identifying non-conforming products as directed by the inspector and departmental procedures, and supporting the Quality Inspector in other departmental activities.
