We offer services ranging from software development to digital transformation consulting. **Responsibilities:** Project Interpretation and Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of architectural and structural drawings to ensure technical feasibility and compatibility of aluminum systems with project specifications. Technical Consulting and Support: Provide specialized technical advisory services to customers and partners, guiding them on assembly procedures, installation methods, and current regulatory standards. Inspection and Certification: Perform technical audits and performance testing either on-site or at certified laboratories, ensuring compliance of systems with the company’s quality standards and regulatory bodies. Non-Conformance Management: Identify process or product defects, formulate precise diagnostics, and implement technical solutions for immediate correction and prevention of recurrence. Strategic Interface: Serve as the technical liaison between sales, manufacturing, and end customers, ensuring alignment between sales expectations and technical delivery capabilities. Market Intelligence and R&D: Monitor opportunities for improvement in existing systems and collaborate on developing new window/door solutions and typologies, focusing on innovation and competitiveness.
