With a history marked by pioneering spirit and excellence, we continuously strive to transform science into health. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform routine administrative tasks, such as typing, filing, material control, and document organization; * Monitor and support leadership in administrative processes through the integrated system. * Manage internal and external document dispatches. * Update internal reports according to requirements. * Develop and implement administrative processes to increase operational efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, preferably Excel; * Prior experience in administrative routines is desirable; * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 in Cotia/SP. **Additional Information** Competitive market-based remuneration.
