Job Summary: Assist in the preparation, production, assembly, and finishing of doughs, cakes, pies, and sweets, following hygiene and food safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in the production of cakes, pies, sweets, and desserts. 2. Assistance in the assembly and finishing of bakery products. 3. Maintaining a clean and organized environment, utensils, and equipment. A bakery in Jandira is seeking a Bakery Assistant. **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing doughs, fillings, and toppings. Support the production of cakes, pies, sweets, and desserts. Sort and organize required ingredients and supplies. Assist in the assembly and finishing of bakery products. Properly package, label, and store products. Monitor expiration dates and quality of produced items. Maintain a clean and organized environment, utensils, and equipment. Assist in simple cake and sweet decoration. Follow recipes and instructions from the lead pastry chef. Adhere to hygiene and food safety standards. Previous experience as a Bakery Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Junior Pastry Chef, or Baker may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
