Remote work **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and execute SAM projects, including review of policies, processes, and procedures. * Work on ServiceNow projects for ITAM, ITOM, and ITSM. * Lead SAM projects, including review of policies, processes, and procedures. * Perform operational tasks such as registration of contracts, software licenses, and users. * Support analysis of software usage environments and generation of compliance reports. * Support incident lifecycle management and interaction with customers and their requests. * Respond to licensing-related inquiries based on official rules and documentation from software vendors. **Qualifications** * Intermediate English proficiency. * Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. * Undergraduate studies in STEM or Business Administration fields (or related areas). * Familiarity with SAM tools such as Snow Software. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, good writing ability, and general knowledge. * Dynamic, organized, and eager to learn. * Discipline and best practices for remote work. **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with SAM tools such as ServiceNow, Flexera, and Snow Software. * Familiarity with software and hardware inventory tools such as BigFix, SCCM, Puppet, and similar. * Familiarity with SAM best practices, ISO 19770-1, ISO 55000, and ITIL v4.
