




**Description:** Implement and disseminate the Lean Manufacturing culture throughout the factory. Create and review procedures and work instructions, standardizing production processes. Develop and implement new production lines, from layout to final validation. Analyze, optimize, and balance existing lines, reducing waste and improving safety, quality, and productivity. Prepare and review manufacturing routings integrated into the ERP system. Coordinate quality improvement projects, including changes in raw materials and production methods. Create and optimize laser cutting, manual/robotic bending, and welding (manual and robotic) programs and sequences. Participate in the development and approval of suppliers and components. Create and manage bill of materials (BOM) in the ERP system. Plan and execute industrial layout changes focusing on ergonomics and efficiency. Lead the implementation of new machines and technologies (laser welding, sanding machine, laser engraver, robotic bender, etc.). Monitor testing and validation of new products and processes. Implement safety solutions to eliminate operational risks. Introduce new assembly tools and fixturing devices. Design and develop modular structures and flexible assembly cells. Prepare and review 3D (SolidWorks) and 2D (DraftSight) technical drawings. Work on process automation and mechatronic integration. Ensure compliance and updating of the ERP system, including engineering routine configurations.
