The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the execution of the company's communication activities, with a focus on **creation and editing of online and offline materials**. Key responsibilities include: \- Creation of visual and graphic content: · Social media posts and content · Commercial presentations and basic stationery · Catalogs, brochures, and manuals · Artwork for Incentive Campaigns · Packaging layouts, point-of-sale materials, and promotional giveaways · Basic website maintenance and updates on WordPress, including content publishing, banners, and simple page adjustments. · Other graphic materials as required by Marketing/Sales \- Creation and editing of videos for social media (reels) and YouTube channel; \- Creation of marketing emails and lead nurturing workflows using MailChimp; \- Image retouching and adjustment (products); \- Support in social media management, including interaction with followers; \- Support in organizing events and promotional activities. **Required technical skills:** Proficiency in main graphic software: \- Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign) \- WordPress **Profile:** \- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. \- Creative mindset for developing visual assets and campaigns. \- Strong communication skills and ability to align with brand visual aesthetics. \- Proactive with willingness to learn new tools and techniques. **Preferred qualifications:** \- Experience with marketing automation tools and lead nurturing workflows. \- Knowledge of branding and visual identity guidelines. \- Experience in industrial environments or companies within the electrical sector.
