Job Summary: Junior Electrical Maintenance Analyst responsible for monitoring preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance targets, optimizing processes and ensuring safety. Key Highlights: 1. Daily monitoring and analysis of machine stoppages and corrective actions 2. Development and delivery of training for the maintenance team 3. Technical support to the team and monitoring of import processes * Position: Junior Electrical Maintenance Analyst. Mission: Monitor achievement of maintenance targets through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities in accordance with specifications, safety standards, GMP, and cost reduction. Skills and Competencies: Mathematical Calculations; Automation / Equipment Optimization; Excel; Primary Substations and Transformers; Production Processes; PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers); Electrical Drawing Reading and Interpretation; Electrical Commands; Technical Drawing. Responsibilities: 1 - Daily monitor and analyze causes of machine stoppages and implement actions to prevent recurrence. 2 - Daily monitor BPF oil and electricity consumption to maintain minimum consumption levels. 3 - Assess and analyze requirements for new equipment and develop suppliers and materials for production line equipment. 4 - Submit electronic requisitions (ERP) for purchases and warehouse withdrawals of parts as needed. 5 - Schedule and monitor maintenance of production line equipment and machinery / Third-party companies. 6 - Develop and review maintenance procedures, instructions, and records. 7 - Daily monitor maintenance and production performance indicators. 8 - Develop and deliver training for maintenance personnel. 9 - Monitor import processes for parts and equipment. 10 - Provide technical support to the maintenance team. 11 - Perform activities in compliance with applicable quality, health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations. 12 - Perform related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electroelectronics or related fields. Mandatory Training: NR 10: Safety in Electrical Installations and Services. Electrical Maintenance Analyst Salary: R$ 26.28/H + 30% hazard pay. Monthly: R$ 7,516.08. Unimed São Roque Health Plan. Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance. Knowledge of electrical safety standards. Knowledge of industrial automation.
