Position responsibilities: Designs, executes, and oversees engineering projects in the areas of power generation, transmission, and distribution; Integrates technologies such as PLCs, sensors, inverters, and supervisory systems to optimize industrial processes. Develops specifications, drawings, and other requirements to enable construction, assembly, operation, and maintenance according to appropriate technical standards; Applies regulations such as NR-10, NBRs, and standards from ABNT and ANEEL, ensuring safety and energy efficiency. Also participates in machinery and furnace development projects that use electricity; Also develops civil sector projects involving electrical circuits and systems in buildings and industries; Monitors projects in other units, being responsible for project oversight; Collaborates with maintenance, production, process engineering, and occupational safety teams. Participates in projects developing new electrical automation structures, as well as developing the electrical components of furnace assembly projects manufactured for use in industrial processes; Responsible for controlling and supervising the entire electrical maintenance process; Has the function of collecting and analyzing data to predict potential machine failures; Plans prevention and repair of industrial machinery within the electrical scope; Conducts inspections in the industrial area, identifying faults through measurement instruments and visual inspection; Monitors energy efficiency indicators and proposes improvements to reduce costs and enhance sustainability; Reports whether equipment is compliant or not; Performs daily monitoring using checklists or other control methods; Requests materials from purchasing department for machine and equipment maintenance and repair; Implements action plans in compliance with Integrated Management System (SGI) guidelines for Safety and Environment; Creation of supervisory systems (SCADA, OPC, communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP); Implementing industrial automation (PLC, HMI, industrial networks, sensors, actuators); Issuing ART documentation for electrical projects in the main plant and other units.
