**Learn more about us** Join our team! **Responsibilities and duties** As a HELPER at Concrejato, you will focus on: * Assisting in construction and restoration activities, following instructions from qualified professionals such as site supervisors and engineers; * Collaborating with various teams—including masons, painters, and metalworkers—as required by the project; * Preparing and organizing materials, tools, and equipment necessary for daily tasks; * Handling movement and transportation of materials within the construction site; * Performing diverse tasks such as cleaning the work area, organizing tools, and disposing of waste in accordance with safety regulations; * Assisting in the assembly and disassembly of temporary structures, if required; * Adhering to occupational health and safety standards during task execution; * Properly using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and promoting a safe working environment; * Participating in training and capacity-building programs to enhance skills and knowledge in construction and restoration, demonstrating willingness to learn new techniques and processes. **Requirements and qualifications** You stand out if you have: * Experience in similar roles will be considered an advantage. * Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings is a plus. **Additional information** We offer a comprehensive list of benefits including: * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Private Pension Plan; * Life Insurance.
