Job Summary: Responsible for managing domestic and international procurement to ensure efficient supply, cost competitiveness, and process compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct negotiations with domestic and international suppliers 2. Manage international procurement and coordinate air and sea shipments 3. Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) **Senior Buyer EDBM** **Purpose:** Manage domestic and international procurement to ensure efficient material supply, cost competitiveness, and compliance with import processes, thereby contributing to operational performance and supply chain optimization. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct negotiation processes with domestic and international suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms (price, delivery schedule, quality, and lead time) * Manage international procurement and coordinate air and sea shipments * Perform continuous follow-up with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure adherence to delivery schedules * Verify and validate import documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/AWB) * Prepare and update weekly and monthly procurement and performance reports * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs): * + Supplier performance + Savings + Logistics and operational costs * Identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation * Conduct demand planning based on procurement forecasts * Support the preparation of technical assessments and Ex-Tariff applications in collaboration with Engineering * Participate in audits, non-conformance handling, and action plans * Contribute to process automation and improvement using Power BI and ERP systems (TOTVS and SAP) **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, or related fields * Prior experience in Procurement (preferably in an industrial environment) * Experience with importation and international logistics * Knowledge of customs procedures and import documentation * Experience with ERP systems (SAP) * Knowledge of Power BI (preferred) * Intermediate/advanced English (for communication with international suppliers) * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience applying for Ex-Tariff rulings * Experience managing KPIs and cost-reduction initiatives (savings) * Knowledge of continuous improvement and process automation **Job Segment:** ERP, Buyer, Purchasing, SAP, Technology, Operations, Finance, Marketing
