The position will play a strategic role in transforming operational controls, integrating data, automating critical routines, and generating KPIs to support decision-making—with emphasis on productivity, cost reduction, scalability, and information reliability. **Key Responsibilities:** Map critical processes across operations, PPC (Production Planning and Control), procurement, inventory, billing, and KPIs Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities focused on productivity gains Implement AI and automation solutions applied to industrial and administrative environments Design executive and operational dashboards for real-time KPI monitoring Integrate data from multiple sources and systems, ensuring consistency, traceability, and usability Support the evolution of predictive controls for demand, inventory, procurement, and operational performance Automate routines and control workflows, reducing rework, manual errors, and operational dependency Support leadership in building a data-driven culture and decisions based on KPIs Train key users and leaders on the use of implemented tools Monitor ROI, solution adherence, and opportunities for continuous improvement Requirements: Solid experience with process automation, data, BI, and digital transformation Experience in industrial environments, operations, supply chain, PPC, billing, or integrated processes Knowledge of system integration, KPI structuring, and control automation Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI or similar Familiarity with automation languages or tools such as Python, SQL, R, or equivalents Ability to translate operational needs into practical business solutions Analytical, consultative, structured profile with strong cross-functional communication skills Willingness to conduct occasional on-site visits as required by project phase **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with industrial ERP systems Experience with AI applied to operations, demand forecasting, inventory, procurement, or billing Certifications in data, analytics, AI, or digital transformation Proven track record of implementing projects delivering measurable results **Expected Outcomes:** Reduction of operational cycle times Improved data reliability Reduction of waste and rework Faster and more accurate decision-making Automation of critical controls Real-time managerial visibility Short- and medium-term ROI generation **Expected Behavioral Profile:** Systemic thinking Ownership mindset Prioritization ability Strong communication with technical and operational teams Maturity to drive change Results-oriented with pragmatism
