Job Summary: The professional will support the Roofing Technician in roof assembly and maintenance activities at an operational factory, focusing on assisted execution and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to perform electric welding and MIG welding (preferred) The professional will support the Roofing Technician in roof assembly and maintenance activities at an operational factory where active machinery is present. The role involves direct supervision, emphasizing assisted execution and strict compliance with safety regulations. Work at height includes supporting assembly, adjustment, waterproofing, repairs, and always following safety standards. The project will have continuous client oversight and frequent visits from Engineering; mandatory use of PPE and area isolation is required. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in assembling roof structures (fixing profiles, purlins, and supports) * Support installation of metal roofing sheets * Perform basic sealing (silicone, membranes, and sealing screws) * Assist in roof waterproofing * Support cutting of metal components (roofing sheets, gutters, and flashings) * Preferred: Provide support for electric welding, MIG welding, and component preparation (cleaning and positioning) * Transport materials and tools for work at height * Support installation of lifelines and anchorage systems * Perform site cleanup and organization * Assist in identifying leaks and maintenance points * Strictly comply with safety regulations (NR-35 and PPE usage) **Requirements:** * Prior experience in roof and duct maintenance * Experience as a Roofing Assistant Technician or similar roles * Preferred: Knowledge of electric welding and MIG welding * Availability for work at height (NR-35 certification mandatory) * Driver's license considered a plus **Education:** * Completed High School * NR35 Training – Work at Height **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour break. Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour break. Weekend availability required as needed.
