Occupational Safety Technician

Description

Carry out activities in the Group's Occupational Health and Safety Department (SESMT), providing support in administrative routines and other related tasks, complying with occupational health and safety regulations; Execute SMS programs; Manage SMS documents; Generate reports relevant to the area; Prepare Work Orders (OS), Risk Analysis Reports (APR), and Safe Work Procedures (PT); Develop/prepare the Weekly Safety Dialogue (DSS) in a preventive and educational manner; Deliver training sessions (NRs), lectures, and occupational health and safety campaigns to employees, considering the specific operational realities of the unit through on-site training; Manage uniform and PPE distribution; Implement actions required by occupational health and safety legislation; Perform other duties pertinent to the area. Proficiency in computer applications and full Microsoft Office suite; Valid driver's license (CNH); Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs). Technical qualification in Occupational Safety, registered with the Ministry of Labor. Industrial experience, preferably in the electronic equipment sector or similar industrial environments. Strong communication skills; Proactivity; Organization; Attention to detail.
