Marcos Penteado de Ulhoa Rodrigues, 939 \- Alphaville Industrial, Barueri \- SP, Jatobá Tower, 8th floor * **Employment Type:** CLT \| 100% On-site * **Shift Schedule:** 12x36 (12 hours of work x 36 hours of rest) \| 7 AM to 7 PM ### **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * First-level telephone Service Desk support * Technical support for Azul crew members and employees * Opening, tracking, and resolving technical service requests * Coordination with third-party vendors and partner companies * Providing support outside regular shift hours as required ### **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** ✓ Proven experience in Service Desk ✓ Technical knowledge in technical support ✓ Experience in telephone customer service ✓ Flexible availability (including weekends) ✓ Willingness to work outside scheduled shifts when necessary ### **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Strong and effective communication skills * Professional demeanor * Proactive problem-solving attitude * Demonstrated punctuality * Open and pleasant conversational style * Familiarity with helpdesk/ticketing tools **Interested in growing with us?
