Responsibilities include cleaning up material and supplier registrations, resolving discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices, supporting the use of Protheus Procurement and Inventory modules, developing support routines and materials, and identifying opportunities for improvement and automation to optimize departmental workflows. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Managing and cleaning up material, supplier, and mapping (Product x Supplier) registrations. * Resolving bottlenecks in invoice classification and discrepancies between Purchase Orders and Invoices. * Centralizing and supporting internal users by gathering stakeholder information and seeking viable solutions to unblock processes. * Developing routines, manuals, and support materials to guide users of the Protheus Procurement and Inventory modules. * Identifying opportunities for automation or process improvement within the Protheus Procurement and Inventory modules. * Organizing the contract management system. **What ingredients are we looking for?** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree. * Prior experience with Protheus. * Basic knowledge of reconciliation workflows for Requests, Purchase Orders, Invoice Entries, and Registrations. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Strong communication and organizational skills. **Nice-to-haves:** * Knowledge of indirect procurement processes and asset control. * Experience with registration audit or compliance routines. * Basic understanding of cost centers, supplier groups, and item structures in Protheus. **Work Location** * Complexo Viário Yojiro Takaoka, 711 \- Jardim Itaquiti, Barueri \- SP, 06423\-150 If you're ready to **transform the future of food**, join us on this journey!
