




Job Summary: A Personnel Department professional to manage electronic timekeeping, hiring processes, and support personnel administration, ensuring legal compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Support in Personnel Administration and Labor Legislation ### **Main Responsibilities** **Electronic Timekeeping Management:** * Control, verification, and monthly closing of electronic timekeeping; * Handling of inconsistencies (late arrivals, absences, overtime, time banks); * Supporting managers in timekeeping management and approval; * Generating reports and departmental metrics; * Ensuring compliance with current labor legislation. **Hiring Processes:** * Managing the hiring process (collection and verification of documents); * Registering new employees in the system; * Submitting information to eSocial; * Scheduling pre-employment medical examinations; * Supporting onboarding of new employees. **Personnel Administration Support:** * Supporting payroll processing (submission of variable data); * Managing vacation and benefits records; * Assisting employees with inquiries and clarifications. ### **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of labor legislation; * Prior experience (including internships) in Personnel Department routines is a plus; * Proficiency in Excel (basic/intermediate level); * Organized, detail-oriented, and possessing strong communication skills.
