Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced generalist professional to work in accounting, tax, and financial areas, ensuring control, organization, and regulatory compliance of company operations. Guarantee of compliance and management support **We are looking for a professional with solid experience to work as a generalist in accounting, tax, and financial areas, ensuring control, organization, and regulatory compliance of company operations.** **The position requires a mature, reliable, and discreet profile, with a history of professional stability and the ability to work autonomously.** **Main Responsibilities:** * **Accounting routines: journal entries, reconciliations, and support for month-end closing** * **Tax routines:** * **Tax calculation (ICMS, PIS, COFINS, ISS, etc.)** * **Verification and issuance of electronic invoices (NF\-e and NFS\-e)** * **Taxation analysis (CFOP, CST, NCM)** * **Filing of ancillary obligations** * **Support to the finance department:** * **Accounts payable and receivable** * **Bank reconciliations** * **Ensure compliance with tax legislation** * **Provide management support with financial and tax information** **Requirements:** * **Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences** * **Active CRC registration (preferred)** * **Experience in accounting, tax, and financial areas** * **Knowledge of taxation (commerce/distribution)** * **Experience with NFS\-e and ancillary obligations** * **Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems** **Salary: To be negotiated** **Meal allowance: BRL 20/day \+ Transportation allowance** **Send your resume to Giovana \- (11\) 92050\-4913** Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: BRL 3,500.00 \- BRL 4,500.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Have you previously been responsible for the full monthly accounting closing?
