Ready to join the fastest-growing e-commerce company in Brazil? **IT Assistant** **Responsibilities:** Provide first- and second-level technical support to users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networks; Install, configure, and update operating systems, software, and peripherals; Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and IT equipment; Assist in monitoring internal systems and networks, identifying and resolving issues; Track technical support tickets and ensure resolution within the stipulated timeframe; Support IT asset management, ensuring control and organization of equipment; Deliver basic training to users on the use of company systems and tools; Assist with access control and user account administration. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Networks, or related fields. **Employment Type:** CLT (permanent contract) **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Location:** Jardim Nova Itapevi, Itapevi - SP - 100% on-site Transportation Benefit or Fuel Allowance — Employees must choose only one (1) mobility option.
