Opportunity for learning and proactivity **Position: IT Support Internship** We are looking for an intern to work in the IT Support area, focusing on internal user support and assistance with infrastructure and systems requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Handle service tickets via the Acelerato system; * Infrastructure support (hardware, software, and networks); * Support for PMR Group systems; * Guidance and internal customer support. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in IT, Systems Analysis, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Excel; * Familiarity with BI will be considered a plus. **Desired Profile:** * Strong communication skills; * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn; * Organized and committed. **Working Hours:** * 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Work Location:** * Jandira – SP Job Type: Part-time, Internship Compensation: R$1\.621,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Mode: On-site
