Job Summary: Professional responsible for executing rollouts and equipment replacement, as well as installation, configuration, and support of operating systems and hardware. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) processes with a focus on hardware. 2. Basic support for Windows operating systems and end-user applications. 3. Hands-on experience with hardware, computer assembly, and maintenance. **Compensation:** R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month **Position: IT Technician \- Temporary** **Work Location:** Sorocaba \- SP **Work Mode:** On-site * Execution of **rollout and equipment replacement activities**, including preparation, installation, and machine substitution. * Participation in **IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change)** processes with a focus on hardware. * **Installation, configuration, and formatting** of desktops and laptops. * **Image creation and deployment**, data migration, and user profile configuration. * Handling, organization, and identification of **legacy equipment**, including preparation for return to inventory. * Basic support for **Windows** operating systems and end-user applications. * End-user support, focused on **prompt and efficient resolution of hardware-related issues**. * Documentation of support tickets and **daily reporting** to the coordination team. **Requirements:** * Practical experience with **hardware**, assembly, replacement, and maintenance of desktops and laptops. * Experience in **equipment rollout** (a significant advantage). * Knowledge of **Windows** and basic understanding of **Linux**. * Analytical ability and problem-solving focus. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organized, concise, and adept at interacting with end users. **Job Details:** * **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT * **Location:** São Paulo — SP * **Assignment Duration:** Up to 02 (two) months * **Salary:** R$ 2\.000,00 to R$ 2\.500,00 **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: R$ 30.00 per day * Transportation allowance: full commuting cost coverage * Life insurance * SESC membership Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
