Conduct demand and material consumption analysis, preparing forecasts and management reports to support decision-making. Monitor inventory levels, identifying replenishment needs while preventing material surpluses or shortages. Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies aimed at cost reduction and improved operational efficiency. Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics departments to align activities and meet established deadlines. Utilize materials management systems and inventory control tools to record and track material movements. Develop and update materials management procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Conduct periodic inventory counts and stock audits, identifying and correcting potential discrepancies. Provide technical support and training to staff involved in materials management, promoting best practices and continuous team development. **We’ll be thrilled if you have:** Completed high school (mandatory); Technical education in Administration, Production, Logistics, or related fields. Experience in materials management. Advanced Excel proficiency. ERP system knowledge (SAP, TOTVS, or similar).
