Job Summary: Responsible for daily and periodic cleaning, as well as operational support and facility maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Performs comprehensive cleaning of floors, surfaces, and restrooms. 2. Handles hygiene and organization of pantries and kitchens. 3. Provides operational support and carries out minor repairs. **1. Daily and Maintenance Cleaning** * **Floors and Surfaces:** Sweeping, vacuuming, and damp mopping of corridors, rooms, and circulation areas. * **Restrooms:** Full sanitation of toilets, sinks, mirrors, and replenishment of basic supplies (toilet paper, liquid soap, and paper towels). * **Waste Management:** Emptying trash bins, replacing plastic bags, and proper disposal at designated locations (including basic recycling separation). * **Pantry and Kitchen:** Washing dishes, cleaning tables and countertops, and sanitizing basic appliances. **2. Periodic Cleaning (Weekly/Monthly)** * **Windows and Frames:** Cleaning of windows, glass doors, and partitions. * **Walls and Doors:** Removal of light stains, dust, and accumulated dirt from switches and baseboards. * **Furniture:** Deep cleaning of furniture and chairs, and dusting of shelves and blinds. **3. Operational Support and Facility Maintenance** * **Inventory Control:** Checking and organizing cleaning supplies, reporting when restocking is required. * **Minor Repairs:** Replacing light bulbs, performing simple unclogging tasks, and inspecting structural damages (e.g., leaking faucets or doors). * **General Organization:** Rearranging furniture after meetings or events, and receiving/distributing materials, depending on workload scale.
