Assistant Chef. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to assume the position of Assistant Chef at our establishment located in Granja Viana – Cotia, São Paulo.

**Job Mission:** Assist in tax routines, such as tax calculation, tax document recording, invoice verification, and submission of ancillary obligations, ensuring compliance with current legislation. Contribute to the organization and accuracy of tax processes, supporting the team in the company’s tax management. **Responsibilities:** Responsibilities: Entering invoices into the ERP system with correct classification of goods for tax purposes, NCM codes, customers, and suppliers—ensuring proper configuration of tax systems and accurately identifying products/raw materials intended for industrialization, use, consumption, and other items related to the company’s operations. Enter invoices after verifying them against the Purchase Order, checking quantities, values, highlighted taxes, CFOP codes, tax rates, and other necessary information to ensure alignment among the purchase order, physical receipt, and fiscal document. Support the calculation of direct taxes (IR/CS) and indirect taxes (IPI, PIS, COFINS), as well as ICMS calculation (including DIFAL) for transactions with all Brazilian states. Support ISS calculation due on services rendered and services received, ensuring compliance with applicable municipal legislation. Also perform reconciliation of tax accounts receivable and payable, monitoring variances and outstanding items. Monitor delivery of ancillary obligations by external tax and accounting providers, reviewing submitted files (e.g., SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, DCTF, State GIA, REINF, and other declarations), and ensuring legal deadlines and requirements are met. Assist in submitting documents and information required to correctly generate these obligations. Understand federal, state, and municipal legislation applicable to companies, enabling necessary updates to systems and internal procedures. Includes monitoring relevant tax changes and supporting implementation of ERP configuration adjustments. Generate licenses, permits, and debt certificates from third parties, tracking expiration dates and validity periods of documents. Participate in tax planning projects aimed at reducing the overall tax burden, as well as tax consultation regarding taxation aligned with respective NCM codes—assisting in scenario analysis, identification of applicable tax benefits, and recognition of opportunities for tax credits. Prepare reports requested by company management and perform general administrative tasks in support of the department, such as document filing, photocopying, issuing summary tables, maintaining tax monitoring spreadsheets, and organizing document workflow. Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and assisting in clarifying technical questions related to the company’s tax operations. Occasionally assist in generating the company’s billing, processing invoices based on Shipping Orders and verifying highlighted taxes, specific tax treatments, applicable CFOP codes, and interstate rules—ensuring billing aligns with the company’s tax and commercial practices.
