Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring an excellent shopping experience for customers and assisting in the store's daily operations, requiring customer service skills, teamwork, and attention to detail. This position requires exceptional customer service skills, the ability to work effectively in a team, and attention to detail. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greet and serve customers courteously and professionally. * Assist in organizing and restocking products on shelves. * Operate the cash register, process financial transactions, and issue receipts. * Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales area and parking lot. * Identify and resolve customer issues or complaints efficiently. * Assist in implementing promotions and sales campaigns. * Accurately label and price products. REQUIREMENTS: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Must be over 18 years of age. * Effective communication skills, proactivity, and ability to work well in a team. * Availability to work flexible afternoon/evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
