We are looking for a Data Engineer focused on Snowflake to join our team.
**Responsibilities**
---------------------
* Define and evolve the Snowflake architecture (layers, domains, environments, and integrations)
* Establish standards for modeling, ingestion, transformation, and data sharing
* Lead migrations from legacy environments to Snowflake
* Ensure robust security, governance, and compliance practices (LGPD/GDPR)
* Optimize performance and costs (FinOps) and implement observability
* Establish engineering best practices (CI/CD, testing, versioning, Data Quality)
* Lead squad enablement and platform evolution
* Collaborate closely with strategic stakeholders, with strong storytelling capability
**Requirements**
--------------
* Intermediate/Advanced or fluent English for conversation
* Solid experience in Snowflake architecture and implementation within corporate environments
* Knowledge of security, ingestion, modeling, performance, and data sharing
* Advanced SQL and Python experience (Snowpark preferred)
* Experience with CI/CD, pipelines, and orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, ADF)
* Strong foundation in data architecture (DW, ETL/ELT, Lake/Lakehouse, governance)
