As a Senior Analyst, you will be the focal point for medium- and large-scale projects, ensuring reverse logistics proceeds smoothly, strategically, and within agreed timelines. You will not merely execute tasks—you will be the leader who aligns internal departments and clients to guarantee delivery excellence.** ### **Key Responsibilities** * **Project and Client Management:** Lead medium- and large-scale projects, managing a portfolio of approximately 50–60 clients simultaneously. * **Strategic Interface:** Actively participate in client meetings to guide return workflows and align expectations. * **Logistics Planning:** Plan asset collection, coordinating dates and capacity with partner departments—Services and Transportation. * **Schedule Adherence:** Update weekly schedules and rigorously meet client-communicated pickup deadlines. * **Executive Reporting:** Periodically report process status, progress, and risks to coordinators and managers of involved departments. * **Internal Coordination:** Serve as the liaison between client needs and Simpress’s operational capabilities, negotiating feasible service windows. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Ownership Mindset:** Ability to own end-to-end processes, assume responsibility for outcomes, and proactively anticipate risks to management. * **Proactivity and Leadership:** Essential to identify bottlenecks and pursue solutions before they become critical issues. * **Assertive Communication:** Skill to confidently navigate both technical operations and executive/client meetings with clarity and assurance. * **Organization and Time Management:** Ability to prioritize tasks across a large portfolio without compromising reporting quality. * **Prior experience in Reverse Logistics**, Asset Management, or B2B Customer Service. * **Proficiency in Microsoft Office** (especially Excel for KPI tracking and scheduling). **Additional Information** Check out the benefits included in this journey: Profit Sharing (PLR): Above-market recognition, rewarding achievements built together.
