Strengthen strategic relationships with suppliers, pursuing continuous improvement, cost reduction, and documentary compliance. Contribute to departmental management through financial control, performance indicators, and support for audits and import processes. * Monitor purchase requests; * Negotiate, register, and issue purchase orders in the system; * Optimize product acquisition time, ensuring optimal supply quantity for the company; * Track purchase orders until delivery at the factory; * Develop and prospect new suppliers to achieve improvements and/or cost reductions; * Control incoming invoices and verify purchase documentation for goods entry into the system; * Manage and monitor financial postings related to procurement processes and supplier payments; * Verify merchandise costs in the system and identify any discrepancies; * Conduct/attend meetings with suppliers to improve commercial relationships, stay updated on the market in general, and identify trends; * Develop KPIs for departmental performance; * Participate in audits and continuous improvement, procedure reviews, risk mapping, and strategic support to management; * Coordinate and monitor financial postings related to import processes in the accounts payable system.
