Job Summary: The professional will supervise teams, ensure excellence in customer service, monitor performance results, analyze data and competition, manage cash and merchandise, and develop leaders, with a focus on sales operations in fashion retail. Description: Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields. * Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the fashion retail segment. * Knowledge of fashion retail sales operations and financial products (preferred). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Key Responsibilities: Supervision of leaders and team: * Monitor and guide store leaders to ensure that all processes—including organization, product display, restocking, tidying, inventory management, distribution, supervision, financial products, fitting room service, and sales area operations—are aligned with internal procedures, checklists, and company standards. Excellence in customer service: * Ensure outstanding customer service through team monitoring, guidance, and training, guaranteeing that Caedu standards are consistently applied across all customer interactions. Productivity and results: * Monitor hourly sales results for products and financial services; review task distribution; implement operational adjustments; and identify opportunities with the store manager to achieve and exceed store targets. Data control and analysis: * Prepare and monitor daily sales reports, income statements (DRE), financial product reports, targets, budgets, and inventory reports—entering transactions, verifying results, and reporting to the store manager. * Analyze back-office system records to prevent inconsistencies and internal fraud. Competitive analysis: * Observe competitors’ campaigns, window displays, checkout queues, and pricing, and report opportunities and action items to the store manager. Cash management: * Participate in cash closing procedures: verify amounts and records, receive armored vehicle deliveries, inspect cash denominations, and accurately record all information in the back-office system. Merchandise receiving and restocking: * Ensure accurate verification of incoming merchandise to avoid discrepancies, and prioritize restocking according to sales department instructions. Delivery of financial products: * Monitor daily referral, approval, and delivery of financial products, directing leaders to maximize results and sales opportunities. Team development and motivation: * Maintain a trained, motivated, and properly uniformed team through meetings, training sessions, and guidance. * Develop leaders through training, continuous coaching, and individualized action plans to support growth and internal mobility within the store. 2512150202201866230
