Assistant Chef. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to assume the position of Assistant Chef at our establishment located in Granja Viana – Cotia, São Paulo.

Job Summary: Supervise the store team and operations in fashion retail, ensuring service excellence, productivity, and team development aligned with company standards. Key Highlights: 1. Team development and motivation Description: You must definitely have: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields. * Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the fashion retail segment. * Knowledge of retail sales operations and financial products (preferred). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. What will be your responsibilities? Supervision of team leaders and staff: * Monitor and guide store leaders to ensure all processes—including organization, product display, restocking, tidying, inventory management, distribution, inspection, financial products, fitting room service, and sales area operations—comply with internal procedures, checklists, and company standards. Service Excellence: * Ensure customer service is delivered with excellence through team monitoring, guidance, and training, guaranteeing that Caedu standards are consistently applied in all customer interactions. Productivity and Results: * Monitor hourly sales results for products and financial services; review task distribution, implement operational adjustments, and identify opportunities together with the store manager to achieve and exceed store targets. Data Control and Analysis: * Prepare and monitor daily sales reports, income statements (DRE), financial product reports, targets, budgets, and inventory reports; record transactions, verify results, and report to the store manager. * Analyze backend system records to prevent inconsistencies and internal fraud. Competitor Analysis: * Observe competitors’ campaigns, window displays, checkout queues, and pricing, and flag opportunities and recommended actions to the store manager. Cash Management: * Participate in cash closing procedures: verify amounts and records, receive armored vehicle deliveries, inspect cash denominations, and accurately enter all information into the backend system. Merchandise Receiving and Restocking: * Ensure accurate verification of incoming merchandise to avoid discrepancies, and prioritize restocking according to Sales Department directives. Delivery of Financial Products: * Daily oversight of referral, approval, and delivery of financial products, directing team leaders to maximize results and sales opportunities. Team Development and Motivation: * Maintain a trained, motivated, and uniformly dressed team by conducting meetings, training sessions, and briefings. * Develop team leaders through training, continuous coaching, and establishing individual action plans to support their growth and internal mobility within the store. 2511130202461866230
