Join us and be part of something extraordinary! **HR Internship \| Labor Relations** ==================== Country/Region: BR Location: Sorocaba, São Paulo, BR, 18103\-905 Req ID 84799 \| Sorocaba, Brazil, ZF Automotive Brasil Ltda. **Job Description** ------------------- **About the team:** The Labor Relations team is responsible for the strategic management of relationships among the company, its employees, and labor unions, ensuring legal compliance and maintaining a balanced work environment. This position is within the Labor Relations department, which operates in a consultative and preventive manner. We carry out activities related to collective bargaining; monitoring and interpreting labor legislation; managing individual and collective employee matters; and providing technical support to internal departments on issues impacting employment relationships. **What is expected from your role as HR Intern \| Labor Relations:** * Assisting in drafting reports and extracting documents for the Legal Department; * Reviewing and making documents available for labor proceedings; * Receiving and triaging requests from employees and labor unions; * Acting as a company representative (Preposto) and accompanying labor hearings together with the company’s attorneys; * Taking minutes and preparing meeting minutes; * Assisting in organizing files and documents; * Participating in meetings and events related to the labor/union area. **Your profile as HR Intern \| Labor Relations:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Law; * Availability for a two-year internship; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Willingness to intern fully onsite at the Sorocaba/SP plant. **Why choose ZF?** * Health and dental insurance; * Life insurance; * On-site meals; * Shuttle transportation.
