You will be part of a dynamic, international organization and will produce high quality products in a safe, clean and flexible work environment.** **Job Description** ------------------- **About the Team:** Support Compensation department activities by contributing to analyses, data organization, and execution of operational routines, ensuring information consistency and supporting decisions regarding salary structure and market competitiveness. **What is expected from your role as an HR Intern \| Compensation:** * Assist in collecting and organizing data for salary surveys * Perform data entry and verification in HR systems * Support analysis of salary movements (merit increases, promotions, adjustments) * Support preparation of reports and dashboards * Work with spreadsheets (primarily Excel) and internal systems * Follow department procedures and guidelines * Ensure high level of organization and attention to detail * Interact with internal departments to collect information * Ensure consistency and reliability of compensation data * Support data-driven decision making * Contribute to the company's internal competitiveness and equity **Your profile as an HR Intern \| Compensation:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields * Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) **Why choose ZF?** * Medical and dental insurance; * Life insurance; * On-site meal allowance; * Shuttle transportation.
