Assist in the analysis and optimization of metallurgical processes, aiming to increase efficiency and reduce waste in wire production. Monitor drawing, galvanizing, and heat treatments, ensuring compliance with technical specifications. Collect and interpret process and quality data, assisting in the preparation of technical reports. Perform metallurgical tests and trials to verify material properties and suggest improvements. Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions to ensure process standardization and stability. Participate in continuous improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen) focused on cost reduction and productivity enhancement. Support coordination between production, maintenance, and quality teams, ensuring adherence to best operational practices. Develop and update technical procedures and documentation related to production processes. **Qualifications** * Pursuing a degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Bachelor's; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Teamwork; * Communication skills; * Adaptability.
