This professional must coordinate quality inspections during execution of pavement, drainage, signage, and other interventions carried out on concessioned highways. Respect the company’s health, safety, and environmental values; * Supervise and coordinate the field inspection team and plants, technicians, and laboratory professionals, ensuring efficient execution of activities; * Implement and monitor quality control procedures for materials used in construction, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and regulatory standards; * Supervise field and plant testing—including soil, asphalt, concrete, and other materials used in highways and infrastructure; * Be responsible for executive monitoring, quantitative and qualitative control of construction works, field technological control, plant calibration, and approval of pavement stages; * Participate in inspections of asphalt pavement works, asphalt pavement recycling, asphalt micro-surfacing rejuvenation, complying with standards, procedures, and service specifications; * Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure that materials and methods used in construction conform to the project design; * Carry out activities in accordance with CCR Group’s Golden Rules to prevent unsafe behaviors and thereby contribute to prevention and comprehensive monitoring of work routines; * Contribute to proper waste management at the workplace, based on awareness of environmental aspects and impacts related to one’s activity and in line with unit-established standards; * Comply with internal regulations, QSSMA standards and procedures, as well as compliance requirements, observations, and relevant corporate regulations, and perform other duties inherent to the role; * Comply with and enforce company rules and procedures regarding one’s activity, service quality, environmental care, road safety, occupational health and safety—including emergency response. **Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Completed technical course in Road Construction / Construction Inspection; * Minimum 8 years’ experience in the position; * Advanced Microsoft Office skills; * Knowledge of laboratory testing and plant processes (pavement); * Knowledge of highway construction inspection processes (earthworks). **Additional Information** * Fully on-site position; * Must reside in the region of Porangaba, Boituva, Tatuí, or Sorocaba; * **We’re looking for people like you—individuals who will embrace the SGS journey with the same intensity and passion that we do!
