SENIOR SSMA ANALYST (FOCUS ON ENVIRONMENT)

Job Summary: The professional will assist in managing and disseminating SSMA practices, ensuring the operation and continuous improvement of the Environmental Management System. Key Highlights: 1. Here, everyone is welcome! “This position is also open to persons with disabilities or rehabilitated individuals.” **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist the Corporate SSMA Manager in activities related to the Corporate SSMA Strategy; * Assist in standardized dissemination of SSMA practices across all Adimax units; * Assist in conducting certification audits for SSMA-related standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and similar) at the units; * Ensure provision of support to various departments to maintain the SSMA Management System’s operation; * Ensure replication of training on SSMA Policy and other SSMA Management System-related trainings; * Ensure maintenance of data and procedures of the unit’s Environmental Management System; * Pursue environmental pollution reduction and continuous improvement of the Management System; * Provide technical support for the unit’s environmental areas; * Conduct follow-up and provide support to resolve questions regarding non-conformities and preventive action reports; * Prepare, publish, and keep updated environmental performance indicator charts; * Identify opportunities to reduce environmental pollution; * Assist the unit’s Environmental Manager in preparing Management Reports on area results; * Deliver environmental-related training sessions; * Develop, review, and disseminate environmental procedures; * Collect environmental data from the unit; * Monitor compliance with legal environmental requirements; * Provide technical assistance for the unit’s projects; * Occasionally assist the SSMA Specialist on corporate environmental matters. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Environmental Management and/or Environmental Engineering; * Mandatory Environmental Technician qualification with active registration; * Environmental Health and Safety Technician qualification preferred; * Environmental expertise: environmental licensing, current environmental legislation (IBAMA, CONAMA, State Agencies, MTR, SINIR/SIGOR, RAPP, CADRI/CADRE, etc.), and ISO 14001; * Knowledge of waste management, reverse logistics, the 5Rs, and environmental programs; * Occupational health expertise: PCMSO, ASOs, e-Social, occupational health management; * Basic knowledge of Occupational Safety and Integrated Management Systems (IMS). * Working hours: 08:00 to 17:48 (Monday to Friday). **Additional Information** Please see below our benefits: National Unimed Medical Plan (Ward or Private Room); Amil Dental Plan (Basic, Intermediate, and Executive); Meal Voucher or Company Restaurant; Food Allowance; Scholarship Program (subject to policy and eligibility); Discounts with educational institutions; Pharmacy Plan; Life Insurance; Christmas Basket; Pregnancy Support Program; Pet Day; Commemorative Gifts; Wellhub/Gympass; Wellz (Mental Health Benefit).
