




Job Summary: A Civil Engineer plans, designs, and manages organizational systems; monitors production and service quality; and ensures compliance with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of operations and maintenance of projects **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor production across all work fronts; * Monitor material testing to be applied on-site, in accordance with technical requirements; * Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety regulations; * Plan, design, and manage organizational systems involving human, material, technological, and environmental resources; * Control physical and financial progress; * Manage and coordinate project operations and maintenance; * Administer, monitor subcontractor work execution, and prepare service measurements; * Schedule and requisition materials/services; * Evaluate the quality of executed services; * Ensure implementation and maintenance of the quality management system on construction sites. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; * Active registration with CREA; * Experience in vertical construction projects. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** São Paulo, SP **Employment Type:** PJ (Individual Contractor) **Benefits:** * 13th-month salary invoice; * Flexible meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * TotalPass.
