Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements** Solid post-qualification experience in Occupational Safety; Proven experience working under offshore boarding conditions. **Education** Completed technical education in Occupational Safety Technician, with valid certification. **Technical Knowledge and Skills** Norwegian Medical Certificate (NMD), issued by a maritime physician approved by the Norwegian Maritime Authority (NMA); Fluent or at least intermediate (B2) English proficiency; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint Reading dashboards in Power BI Microsoft Teams and Outlook CBSP – Basic Platform Safety Course; T-HUET completed at a training center certified by OPITO; **Training in:** Incident reporting in oil and gas exploration and production Fundamentals of Environmental Management Occupational Health Risk Analysis Accident Investigation and Analysis **Key Responsibilities** Perform on-site inspection support activities; Monitor and verify compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment (SSHE) requirements during offshore operations. **Work Schedule** Offshore work regime; onboard.
