For us, quality is the fuel that keeps us active. **If, like us, you’re driven by water and want to make a difference in the world—join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Job Mission:** Ensure the efficient and safe operation of equipment by performing preventive and corrective mechanical and electrical maintenance strictly according to the scheduled maintenance plan. **Your typical day will include:** * Performing preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on equipment as per the maintenance plan; * Carrying out various electrical installations; * Assessing the operating conditions and performance of machines and equipment; * Reading and interpreting technical documents; * Identifying parts replacement needs and requesting them from your immediate supervisor when necessary; * Performing tasks in compliance with technical procedures and safety regulations; * Implementing actions to maintain equipment in optimal working condition and ensure workplace safety; * Completing documentation related to activities per internal procedures and client requirements; * Maintaining workplace organization, cleanliness, and safety; * Acting in accordance with the Integrated Management System Policy, as well as the company’s objectives and targets; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Technical Knowledge:** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of NR-10; * Completed technical electromechanical course; * Valid driver’s license – Category B; * Proven experience; * Welder certification. **What we expect from you:** * Organizational ability; * Analytical aptitude; * Commitment to meeting established deadlines; * Proficiency in handling emergencies; * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across different departments. **Additional Information** **General Information:** **Work Schedule:** Administrative hours **Location:** Sorocaba/SP **Work Mode:** On-site **Benefits Package:** Meal allowance; Gympass; Life insurance – effective immediately; EP FIES, course subsidies; University partnerships; Health and dental plans – effective after 90 days; Transportation allowance.
