




**Description:** **Education:** Fully qualified technician in computer science, electronics, electrotechnics, mechatronics, or equivalent fields, **Training/Certifications:** Field technical maintenance experience preferred; Class B driver’s license mandatory, **Knowledge:** Test instruments, ticket management systems, computer networks, **Competencies:** Responsiveness, autonomy, initiative, resilience, analytical ability, and interpersonal skills. **Tactical/Operational:** Perform assigned service calls via ticket management systems and the support team, utilizing company-provided knowledge and tools to restore service during the first visit and prevent recurrence, thereby ensuring service quality and adherence to agreed service-level targets. **Technical Diagnosis and Component Replacement:** Identify root causes of faults using technical expertise and company-provided tools; replace necessary components to restore service promptly and meet customer needs. **Activation:** Conduct new service activation by inspecting installation quality, enabling equipment, performing tests, and taking corrective actions to ensure proper functionality of the product, infrastructure, and all associated devices at the site. **Maintenance:** Following service activation, perform maintenance, preservation, and repair of associated equipment and infrastructure through diagnosis, fault removal, replenishment of consumables, and replacement of wear parts. Conduct tests to verify correct operation of maintained components. Repair or replace defective intra- and extracabinet components identified via technical expertise. **Inspection, Preservation, and Cleaning:** Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment and other site-associated devices in good condition. Report requirements for repainting, component replacement, signage, and other elements whose maintenance cannot be performed directly. **Installation and Testing of Security Devices:** Conduct periodic and functional tests on security devices included in the product. Install new security devices as required, per specific instructions from the responsible department. **Handling of Consumables and Components:** Request consumables and components from inventory as needed; ensure proper packaging and integrity; perform required replacements; return damaged components to inventory; accurately record receipt and return conditions. **Activity Logging:** Record entry and exit times, as well as all work-related activities throughout the shift. **Continuous Improvement:** Contribute suggestions and ideas to improve processes and equipment within the company’s service portfolio, and identify potential business opportunities in your area of operation. **Asset Stewardship:** Safeguard company assets assigned to you, ensuring their proper preservation and maintenance. Report any incidents involving loss or damage of such assets to the responsible departments. Supervise third-party service providers to protect company assets and ensure service effectiveness and appropriateness. **Training and Meetings:** Attend training sessions and capacity-building activities provided by the company.
