Together, We Are Unstoppable—keeping this in mind, you must closely collaborate with your colleagues. **Requirements and Responsibilities** ---------------------------------- **What are the requirements?** * Completed high school education; * Residency in Cajamar; * Availability for shift work; **Your main responsibilities will include:** 1. Asset Control (cargo materials, cabinets, key management, alarms, emergency doors). 2. Access Control (documentation and procedures). 3. Security and Loss Prevention Activities (conducting operational patrols to identify process issues, operational errors, behavioral or material deviations, fraud, and theft). 4. Preparing reports on physical and procedural anomalies. 5. ANC/BIO. 6. Developing KPIs for performed actions. 7. Ensuring compliance with internal regulations outlined in the DHL Master Plan; 8. Contributing to discipline, organization, and identification of inventory process failures or breakdowns; 9. Verifying proper use of ID badges and uniforms by all employees; 10. Conducting inspections of operations, reporting damages to assets and stored products, as well as controlling docks, ramps, emergency exit routes, and access points to ensure they remain properly secured; 11. Conducting inspections of employees, bags, departments, locker rooms, etc.; 12. Auditing cargo and processes within operations; 13. Investigating incidents occurring internally at the site (all technology systems); 14.
