If you resonate with our way of being, join our \#Simlovers team! **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, and install printers, multifunction devices, notebooks, and computers at client sites. For printers and/or multifunction devices, provide technical support for low- and medium-volume black-and-white and color equipment. For low- and medium-complexity desktops and notebooks, perform diagnostics using manufacturer-provided tools. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Technical Education in Electronics, IT, or related fields; OR currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields. Hardware: For MPS, training on low- and medium-volume black-and-white and color equipment lines. For SaaS, training on HP Notebook and Desktop tracks included in the Company’s product lineup and deployed in the assigned environment. Basic technical English.
