We offer services ranging from website development to SEO strategies and social media management. **Responsibilities:** Prepare detailed budgets (estimating and execution budgets), performing quantity take-offs and unit cost composition. Conduct the sourcing process for subcontractors and suppliers, from scope analysis through technical and financial equalization of proposals. Develop detailed comparative charts, ensuring proposals comply with descriptive specifications and project documents. Lead direct negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal terms regarding schedule, price, and quality, while maintaining focus on budget targets. Collaborate with Construction and Projects departments to identify Value Engineering opportunities (cost reduction without performance loss). Assist in developing the physical\-financial schedule to ensure timely contracting aligned with project milestones.
